All prices on our site include V.A.T. at the current rate of 20% where applicable.
Carriage
Orders placed on this website are available for collection from our premises.
Shipping is available by our couriers. Whilst we endeavour to provide the best possible service and choose our delivery providers carefully, the delivery service is out of our control once it has been collected from us.
Any delays once collected are out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for the service provided by third party companies.

Delivery Times
Stock items are usually despatched within 2-3 days.
Most branded kits & equipment are ordered direct from the manufacturer and usually despatched in approximately 7-10 working days (not including weekends).
For embroidered or printed items lead times are approx 10 working days after receiving them from the manufacturer.
Delays may be unavoidable at times due to suppliers stocks. You would be informed of any unusual delays within 48 hours of ordering.
Deliveries will be made on weekdays from 8:00am -4:00pm, you would normally get a message (either by email or text message)
Payment
Payments can be made by cheque or credit card or cash in store.
Cheques made are payable to GR8 SPORTS LTD.
All orders must be paid for in full on placing of order.
Cheques must clear our bank account and credit card payments must be authorised before any goods are sent out.
Payments that are made using a debit or credit card online are processed using secure 3rd party providers for your peace of mind.
We use Stripe/SagePay to securely collect/process transaction information.
Returns
You have statuatory rights under the Consumer Contracts 2013 FCA Authorisation, that you can return any non personalised items within 14 days of receipt at your own expense.
Please contact us by phone or email before returning any items to obtain a returns number (RMA).
GR8 Sports Ltd relies on you, the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities. Our suppliers/manufacturers will not accept returns unless an item has a manufacturing fault.
If these suppliers agree to exchange or take back goods, any restocking fee will have to be paid by you, the customer.
This does not effect your statuatory rights above.
We consider all football clubs, universities, schools, HM forces and other businesses, as business to business (B2B) customers.
These orders are governed by different rules to that of the standard distant selling regulations 2014.
With B2B customers, you cannot automatically return goods for credit, or cancel outstanding orders that we have ordered specifically for you from our trade suppliers.
All returns and cancellations are at the discretion of GR8 Sports Ltd.
Embroidery & Printing
We offer a complete print and embroidery service and pricing depends on the size of your image.
There is usually a one off set up charge of £20 plus VAT for new embroidery designs.
We will tell you the cost of your embroidery before any work is undertaken.
For text embroidery under 5mm high we cannot guarantee that each letter will be separate and 100% legible but we will advise you of this before it is done.
Sizing
Please note all chest size measurements advised are calculated based on the size of the person and not the size of the garment.
Washing Advice
Always wash printed garments inside out and follow the instructions on the garment carefully.
Always follow detergent manufacturers instructions for removing heavy stains.
GR8 Sports cannot be held responsible for discolouration or damage attributable to grass or mud stains etc.
Do not iron, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean.
Ownership
In the event of goods supplied on credit. Any such items will remain the property of GR8 Sports Ltd until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
Age Restrictions
You must be aged 18 years or over to use this website.
